Following on from her inclusion on the Meredith, Fairgrounds and Laneway Festival lineups, Aldous Harding is pleased to announce headline shows in Sydney & Melbourne in 2018.
Aldous Harding will bring her extraordinarily captivating live show to the Sydney Festival Spiegeltent on Thursday 25 January and The Croxton Bandroom in Melbourne on Wednesday 7 February. Further details below.
Having spent the majority of 2017 touring in Europe and North America, this will be the first time Australian audiences will be treated to tracks from Aldous Harding’s second record Party. Watch Aldous’ startling performance of ‘Horizon’ on Later… with Jools Holland here.
Party was recorded with John Parish in Bristol, taking Harding away from her New Zealand base for an intensive two-week immersion in the studio. As well as a raft of musical contributions from Parish, Perfume Genius’s Mike Hadreas lends vocals to ‘Imagining My Man’ and ‘Swell Does The Skull’.
