Announced: Tune-Yards – Nikki Nack (Deluxe) + ‘Water From Your Fountain (Water From Your Eyes Remix)’

To celebrate 10-years of Nikki Nack, Tune-Yards announce a digital deluxe edition and a zine, set for release on 9th August. Tune-Yards also unveil a brand new remix of the iconic indie anthem ‘Water Fountain’, deconstructed by Water From Your Eyes. This danceable and utterly bonkers version reimagines the song as a dynamic, contemporary floor-filler, offering a thrilling new take that complements the original.

The Water From Your Eyes remix, cleverly entitled ‘Water From Your Fountain’, is one of four new tracks on the Nikki Nack 10th Anniversary Deluxe Edition: the release also includes two original 2014 session singles, ‘Nobody/Anybody’ and ‘Rally’ as well as a new rendition of ‘Water Fountain’ from Tune-Yards themselves, entitled ‘Water Fountain (Your Eyes Remix)’.

In addition, fans can also pre-order copies of Nikki Nack: Behind the Behind of the Album. Designed by Molly Styslinger and Merrill Garbus, and based on Alex Chitty’s original artwork, it both reappraises and brings new perspective to the album, with the striking, singular visuals perfectly capturing the vibrance and movement of the original music.
