HANDSOME is back with her first release for 2023 – ‘Dumb It Down’, this time working with producer and songwriters Chloe Dadd, and Olive Rush from EGOISM.
Gang vocals and wicked heavy bass-line dominate this dance-floor ready pop anthem, while HANDSOME, Chloe and Olive exchange barbs. On the track’s theme, HANDSOME shares “To me, this song is about the breakdown in understanding between two people. Trying to catch someone’s eye at just the right time so you can move with them, not against them. This track was brought to life from the ground up by me and Olive, we had such a good time jumping around the studio.”
Chloe Dadd reiterates the sentiment sharing “Dumb It Down is the exciting and confusing minefield of navigating a new person’s brain.“
