Tim Hecker, the pioneering electronic composer has today shared a second track, album closer ‘Black Phase’ from his eighth studio album Love Streams, out next Friday 8 April via 4AD / Remote Control.
As with its predecessor, the cavernous ‘Castrati Stack’, the influence of 15th century choral scores strongly resonate on ‘Black Phase’, which showcases the voices of the Icelandic Choir Ensemble dissolving into a darkly hypnotic dissonance
