Announced: Julia Jacklin – The Gem Weekender

To celebrate the release of her new album The Gem, Julia Jacklin returns to the place that gave the record its name for three very special, intimate shows.

Recorded above the pub in Collingwood, The Gem will be released on September 25th. That weekend, Sat 26th & Sun 27th, Julia will take over The Gem for three intimate performances. Joined by her band – Jacob Diamond, Jennifer Aslett, Jess Ellwood and Rob Muinos – each event will feature two sets: one of covers, followed by a set of originals.

With capacity extremely limited, tickets to the performances will be offered via ballot. Fans can enter a ballot for the chance to purchase tickets, link here. Successful entrants will receive a private ticket link and have up to 24 hours to purchase a maximum of two tickets to the performance of their choice, subject to availability.

Throughout the weekend, The Gem will be available to purchase at the bar on limited edition vinyl, CD, & cassette, alongside a selection of new Julia Jacklin merch. The bar will be open to everyone for merch and record sales on Saturday from 5-8pm and Sunday from 12-3pm.

The ballot is open now until 10am AEST on Thursday 17th September. Tickets will be on sale for 24 hours from 10am AEST on Friday 18th September for 200 selected fans.
