After years of writing and rewriting Lee Hartney has finally recorded his first solo venture as Ghoatte Hordour. This debut EP titled Blackened Blood On The Suthourn Altar is released digitally today. Watch the video to new single ‘Refuge of the Serpiant’ below!
During breaks in The Smith Street Band’s heavy touring schedule, Hartney set up an 8 track in his room and started recording. With roots in black metal and all things dark, Hartney finally found the right sounds to convey a tale of anti religion, anti establishment and a general misanthropic world.
