Rabbit Island has released her new album Deep in The Big. To celebrate, Rabbit Island has announced a national tour, where she will play shows this September/ October in Sydney, Canberra, Melbourne, Adelaide, Perth, Fremantle, Thirroul and Yass. Further tour details below.
A culmination of the music Amber Fresh is known and adored for in her hometown, Perth/Fremantle and beyond, Deep in The Big is a pure experience that will take listeners somewhere beautiful and new.
The album includes latest single ’11, 12, 13′ as well as ‘Interstate’ and ‘Deep In The Big’ which peaked at #1 on the AMRAP Metro Charts. Whilst showcasing at Changes 2018, Amber also shared a remix of the title-track by Berko aka Andrew Wilson.
In Deep in The Big Amber uses piano, guitar, organ, voice and a swag of effects to build a rippling, oceanic work. Treading her own path, Rabbit Island shoots for her own constellation of sound, lands there, and doesn’t look back.
