Back in the Spring during her sold-out European solo tour, Lenker was invited to perform at a private residence outside the Danish capital. Captured in just one take on 16mm film, Lenker and her bandmate Nick Hakim played astonishingly raw cuts from her latest solo album Bright Future in front of a small Copenhagen audience.
Performing ‘Vampire Empire’, ‘Sadness As A Gift’, ‘Donut Seam’ and ‘No Machine’, Lenker ended the performance saying, “I feel like we are in a spaceship… In a good way.”
