Wild Nothing shares new single ‘Suburban Solutions’ from his forthcoming LP Hold, out October 27th. Featuring his wife Dana and Molly Burch in a faux choir, Tatum sells a plea for self-improvement: an anti-jingle atop unabashed 80’s throwback synthpop. Watch the accompanied video below!
The video, directed by Tatum and Josh Burgess of Yumi Zouma, was filmed partially in the suburbs of Tatum’s very own Virginia upbringing, and satirises the incessant advertising Tatum experienced after having a child: imploring the viewer to sign on the dotted line, put their feet up, and embrace sweet oblivion.
