Written during a very introspective point last year when Jeremy was trying to create a life of balance, ‘Small Talk’ is about relying on alcohol to get by socially, and the negative repercussions it was having on his life and headspace.
Recorded at Brisbane’s storied studio The Plutonium, with producer Miro Mackie and a who’s who of Brisbane’s leading musicians including Charles Sale and George Browning, Harriette Pilbeam, Liam Campbell, Scott Bromiley and Luke McDonald, and Jaimee Fryer, Getting The Team Back Together is the most comprehensive representation of Jeremy’s style to date.
