Brisbane trio Good Boy and Melbourne quartet Jarrow are about to become the bestest of friends. They’re hitting the road together this April for a co-headline tour in support of their respective new singles.
Good Boy’s ‘Braap’ and Jarrow’s ‘Cody’ were premiered last night by Richard Kingsmill on triple j and are now available on all digital platforms. The tracks will also be released as a Split 7” exclusively through Barely Dressed Records or in stores on Record Store Day 2017.
The two bands have shared a mutual admiration since playing together at Melbourne’s Grace Darling late in 2016. They’ve only been around a couple of years but have built a reputation for barnstorming live shows and recordings.
Good Boy’s ‘Braap’ is a burst of garage rock energy, it’s is a rollicking hit out for one of the most exciting punk rock bands in the country. Vital, fun and loud.

Jarrow’s new track ‘Cody’ takes his audacious production and psychedelic garage pop to a new level. Two minutes of millennial poetry set to a punk rock guitar riff that won’t quit, and its infectious as hell.
